Carol Blackburn

 

Carol is a designer who works with polymer clay, beads, and tassels from her London based studio.

Carol founded the London Polymer Clay Group and is an active member of the International Polymer Clay Association and American Polymer Clay Guilds and studied textiles at Manchester College of Art and the Royal College of Art. 

Carol’s published book 'Making Polymer Clay Beads', demonstrates many polymer clay techniques with step-by-step colour photographs. ‘Making Polymer Clay Beads’ is often the first book purchase of many polymer clay enthusiasts.  Impressively, it is available in a multitude of languages.
